Endress+Hauser Controle e Automação cumple 10 años, y yo cumplo 10 años en Brasil. Hay fiesta! Los 80 empleados, los gerentes de las dos fábricas, 13 representantes, se hacen presentes en el Café Colonial. Y hubo algunos mensajes de personas relevantes en este período.

My Congratulation to you and your team for the 10th anniversary- Endress+Hauser Controle e Automatcao Ltda-and best wishes to you and your team for your success in the last years. You have made Endress+Hauser as a well known player for automation in Brazil. I am proud about this.
As you know Endress+ Hauser has a long tradition in Brazil, we have had some representatives and a joint venture- but the were not so successful. We fighted with several obstacels untill we founded Endress+Hauser Controle e Automacao Ltda. Carlos with you and your team, Endress+Hauser started a new successful time in Brazil.
I am sure you will not only have to face daily demanding challanges from your customers,you will fight also with other problems. But we see you and your team manage daily the challanges.

It is more than 30 years ago that Endress+Hauser first entered the market in Brazil through collaboration with several representatives, before entering a Joint Venture with Samson AG.
Then in 2003 our own sales center was established.
For ten years now you have been successfully growing the Endress+Hauser sales to the Brazilian market, gaining important presence and recognition. This is owed to the strong commitment of Carlos Behrends who joined Endress+Hauser Controle e Automacao Ltd. almost from the beginning and to all of you, very engaged and dedicated team.
Since 2006 I had the priviledge to work with Carlos and you, it was a great time for me. I see Brazil as a continent with very proud and ambitious but friendly people.

I wish Carlos and you and Endress+Hauser Brazil success and happiness for the future.

Dear Carlos, dear E+H employees, dear friends!
It is a pleasure to congratulate you for the 10 years anniversary of E+H Brazil. I was able to accompany you as a Business Development Manager between 2009 and 2011. It was after Rudi Schönholzer moved to VK being the International Key Account Manager for Nestlé and before you moved to ESO, Niko Krüger. This happened successfully and smoothly in 2011, thanks to your great preparations work at E+H Brazil. On this occasion I would like to thank the Management Team which contributed a lot as well.
I remember the very open, constructive and sometimes very tough discussion with you which always followed the target to become more successful. It helped me to see the topics with your, the SC, eyes. Specially I would like to thank Carlos for his trustful working habit, valuable critics and open talks. And thank you all at E+H for your very committed and successful teamwork.
For sure I can forward you the heartfelt congratulations and best wishes from Rudi, he is enjoying his retirement. Unfortunately I could not reach him so far.
